If you know me, you know I LOVE animals! My intent when I first headed to Auburn University was a pre-vet BS followed by vet school. Alas, that was not to be – but my love of animals has remained. Over the years, I’ve happily incorporated client’s pets (first babies) into both family portrait sessions and newborn portrait sessions. So, when Victoria asked me if we could include their dogs in their Pensacola Beach maternity session, I replied with an enthusiastic yes! Then I set about finding a dog-friendly beach for their session. Thank goodness for Pensacola Beach offering two dog parks! Not only that, on that windy afternoon, we had those pristine white sands almost entirely to ourselves! How cute are those bandanas – “Big Brother” and “Big Sister”? I think this baby girl is going to have 2 awesome guardians! I had such a good time photographing this couple and, since they signed up for one of my Watch Me Grow baby plans, I am looking forward to seeing them again in February when they welcome their little girl!
